In order to receive the refund you must provide us proof in 1 of the ways listed below:
Send us your Tiktok or Instagram account of you using the hoop for the 30 day time frame.
Compile a video (can be up to 3x speed) of you hooping for 30 days (not the entire 30 days just the first day you started and 30 days after) *Dates must be present in videos
Photo or Reels, however they must have visible proof of you using the hoop every single day in a 30 day time frame.
